Card Merchant Takapuna was recognised by LSS for our armory attendance last year, and now its time to celebrate! We will be holding a MASSIVE celebration tournament on Compendium release weekend, details as follows:

Format: Silver Age TEAMS, Swiss rounds cut to top 4
Entry: $40 each ($120 per team)
Date: 15th of February, 11am start
Prizing:
1st Place: 3 boxes of PEN
2nd Place: 1.5 boxes of PEN
3/4th Place: 1 box of PEN
Everyone else: Booster packs!

We're gonna be swimming in packs after this event, so get your team together!

Some details on the format:

Each team has 3 members, with a team leader who will be entered into GEM to pair the teams.

Teams will also have a left hand and a right hand player, you will lock this in at the start of the tournament, and sit in this configuration for the duration of the tournament.

You may discuss plays with your team mates, with the following provisos: You may not leave your seat, and you may not touch your team-mates cards. Pointing is fine, moving them from their hand is not. If you leave the table after your game is finished, on your return you may not communicate with your team in any way.

You will be assigned a random pre-con upon sign up and you will ONLY be allowed to use the assigned pre-con.
