Due to some growing pains with the new website, the store credit cannot be use via online orders. I am looking into it and hopefully it will be fixed sooner rather than later.
Don't worry, you still have the store credit. It is kept on your account. The website just lacked the method to spend it.
Please be patient for a couple of days until it is fixed. Or come in-store and one of our staff can help you.
